

CUBE Capital announces new appointments in London and Hong Kong
CUBE Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its advisory teams based in London and Hong Kong.
Janene Waudby joins CUBE Capital UK Limited as general counsel. Janene is a UK-qualified lawyer with extensive experience of takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, initial public offerings, restructurings, corporate governance, shareholder disputes and commercial agreements. Janene holds an LLB (law) degree from Birmingham University and joined Theodore Goddard (now Addleshaw Goddard) in 1992, specializing in corporate law and corporate finance. Janene become a partner at Theodore Goddard in 2000 and in 2002 she joined the US law firm Jones Day. Janene joined CUBE in April 2006.
Scott Gibb joins CUBE Capital UK Limited as executive director. Scott is an investment professional with particular expertise in the hedge fund industry. Prior to joining CUBE in 2006, he worked as investment manager at PSolve Alternative Investments (London). He received his BBusSc in economics with honours from the University of Cape Town, and later became a CAIA Charter holder and member of the UK Securities Institute. He has worked at Hichens Investment Management (London), DE Shaw Securities International (London) and Winterflood Securities (London).
Thomas Holland joins CUBE Capital HK Limited as director. Tom is an investment and operating professional with experience in managing fixed-income portfolios, structuring private investments and operating financial services businesses. He came to CUBE from Income Partners, where he spent four years as senior investment manager, responsible for managing high-yield credit portfolios and the arrangement and structuring of mezzanine finance for Indonesian and Chinese companies. He was previously COO of asiabondportal, a multi-dealer Asian fixed-income trading platform. Before that, he worked for JP Morgan in their New York, London, Tokyo and Singapore offices, eventually heading strategic planning and strategic investment evaluation for the Asia Pacific region.
